• Enter the exact property name (as displayed on signboard or documents)
• Location should include village/town + district + state
• Paste the Google Maps link of your property (not nearby location)

If your property is on lease:

• Provide correct lease tenure
• Fill both owner and lease owner details

 2. CONTACT DETAILS

• Provide active phone numbers only
• Ensure the number is available on WhatsApp
• Incorrect contact details = listing rejection

 3. PROPERTY DETAILS

• Select all applicable property types (e.g., Homestay + Cottage)
• Enter total number of rooms accurately

Do NOT guess or inflate numbers

 4. ROOM CONFIGURATION

For each room type:

• Select correct room category (Double / Triple /Four/Five/Six/ Dormitory etc.)
• Choose actual structure type (Building / Cottage / Tent / Dome)
• Enter:
  
  • Number of such rooms
  • Total guest capacity

Example:
5 Double Rooms = 10 Guests

5. PRICING

• Enter actual current rates (in INR)
• Fill all plans if available:
  
  • EP (Room Only)
  • CP (With Breakfast)
  • MAP (Breakfast + Dinner)
  • AP (All Meals)

Important:

• Do NOT leave random values
• Do NOT enter “call for price”

6. AMENITIES

• Select only amenities that are actually available
• Do NOT select everything just to attract customers

False claims will lead to removal

 7. SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS

• Select views/features your property genuinely offers
• Upload photos only if:
  
  • View is visible from property
  • Not from far distance or zoom

8. PROPERTY PHOTOS (VERY IMPORTANT)

Upload minimum 8–10 high-quality images:

Required:

• Exterior view of property
• View from property
• Rooms (clean and well-lit)
• Bathroom
• Property signboard

Avoid:

• Blurry images
• Edited/filtered images
• Images taken from internet

9. ACCESSIBILITY

• Clearly mention if car can reach property
• If not, provide exact walking distance

10. DOCUMENTS

Upload valid documents:

For Owned Property:

• ID Proof
• Electricity Bill

For Leased Property:

• Lease Agreement
• Trade License
• ID Proof

Incomplete documents = listing not approved

11. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Mention best time to visit (season/months)
• List nearby attractions (within realistic distance)
• Write a short and clear description

Avoid:

• Copy-paste content
• Over-promotional language
